Being a Considerate Kid
Yesterday's dinner, I baked a piece of quesadilla and cut it to three but one piece was much smaller. Katie came in and picked out a bigger piece. However, she stopped for a second and put it down and picked up the smaller piece. When Minda and Minkai sat at the dinner table, Katie served each of them a bigger piece of quesadilla.

Alergy & Alergy
Yesterday I took Minda and Minkai to see their allergy doctor. The doctor told me that they will probably never out-grow nuts and seafood allergy as their IgE numbers were still so high, they are literally out of chart.
I have learned from their allergies to manage an unperfect life and to appreciate what one is having. However, I am disappointed with this outcome...
Can we still repeat this conversation:
"Minkai, what is this?"
"It's fish."
"Can you have fish?"
"No. But I can have it when I grow up."

Learning Shall Be Fun
Katie was compaining about her dance classes -- the teacher was too strict now.
"That's because your dance recital is only two weeks away." I told her.
"But my skating coach was always nice..."
"If you spent more time on details of your free skating program and you might get a better score in the competition."
"Why it's all about winning? Learning shall be fun."

Conflict Solving - Ear Plug
Minda and Minkai are working on their conflicts solving skills...
The other day, I picked them up from Paidea. While we were on the road back home, Minda thought of a doll that she forgot to bring. I told her that she could have the doll the next day. She started crying and screaming.
Minkai asked me, 'Do you have an ear plug?'
